Blaine Dorsey

High school I was apart of our high school marching band. There I was in multiple leadership positions as an elected member of the social committee planning and hosting socials, as well as squad leader where I would help or lead in rehearsals. Our band would consistently be a top performer in competition go to the state championships. After high school i took my passion for music and went to Drum Core International “DCI” where i would perform professionally with a group called genesis. For a summer i traveled with this group across the south and east coast performing rehearsing and living on the rode. There we would rehearse for 12 hours a day preparing for shows. There I found skills as constantly having to adapt to changing situations, working with a large team, and consistency in all aspects of life. I would go on to go to professional school for 2 years to try and hon on these skills.
