This position is a progression and step up from the previous. Not only do I meet homeowners attempting to renovate I also meet homeowners who have a blank slate. I assist them in designing and optimizing functionality in their back yard. I, along with my team, put together a detailed proposal and 3D construction plan which I return and present to the homeowner.

• As a remodel consultant my primary role was to meet with homeowners, dig into the challenges and issues they were facing and then see how we could help. I wrote detailed estimates which I would submit to the homeowner for review. After discussion if they accepted I would return to the property and put together a remodel packet that I would in turn submit to the office for approval and scheduling.

• In this position I was responsible for writing schedules, placing orders and tracking product, managing people, and assisting guests in the restaurant. While working here, I advanced from server to General Manager.

• I served in the US Army from 2009-2012. I served a tour in South Korea and a tour in Kandahar, Afghanistan.
