  • Tear downs of Cummins ISX's, bottom-end tear downs, and rebuilds of Caterpillar C15s and 3306.
  • Worked with machinists in the process of machining numerous CAT 3412, 3512, 3516, and 3612. As well as installing cranks, installing connecting rod bushings, honing connecting rods, installing main caps, bearings, sleeves, and becoming very familiar with precision measuring, checking line bores, cylinder honing, counter bores, liner protrusion, etc.
  • Helping with the delivery and pickup of engine blocks, heads, crankshafts, pistons, and connecting rods.
  • Helping machinists measure parts, and clean and maintain CNC machining equipment.
  • Cleanup around the shop.
