Currently work as an instructor to help prior service obtain a combat medic license in two months within the Army. I have been a Combat Medic for 14 years. I have been in charge of operations to include: COVID testing and contact tracing, mass physical health assessments (500+ people in a day), and manager of a small clinic (10 person) daily for two years.
I am a course manager in charge of scheduling courses 2 years out, to include: making course and personnel schedules, contacting personnel, talking with multiple other states, and regular communications with Head Quarters at San Antonio, TX. I managed and scheduled up to 12 people for courses at any given time. During courses, I was in charge of 24 students and their files for auditees. I made schedule changes on the fly, as needed, to make accommodations of others due to staff shortages. I also managed ordering supplies for my company supplies, in excess of $500K per year.
