  • Managed tier-1 helpdesk operations for a network encompassing 15 buildings, 11 of which where coalition partners. Oversaw the maintenance of 130 workstations, 100 VOIPs, 35 switches, and 15 TACLANES across five distinct network domains.
  • Led the planning and implementation of network infrastructure alterations for a building, resulting in the establishment of the first contingency site for the Coalition Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve operations center, accommodating multiple additional users.
  • Successfully served as brigade unit movement Officer, planning, coordinating with TRANSCOM and ARCENT, and executing the deployment and redeployment of over $800,000 in unit and Soldiers' personal equipment, along with 84 Soldiers from Montana to the Middle East and back.
