Summary
Over the past 22 years, I have worked in all grade levels k-5 in some capacity. I have special education and behavior disorder experience in grades 2-5, along with regular education experience in grades K-5. I am energetic, enthusiastic, and I truly feel that teaching is my calling. Over the past 22 years, I have had around 12 student teachers and pre-student teachers. I have thoroughly enjoyed educating educators! From my experience in special education and regular education, I have learned not only how to differentiate learning for the struggling child, but also for the advanced learner. The past 4 years, I have also had one section of Gifted and Talented math students each year. I feel that a strength of mine is working well with all personality types, and I am very much a team player.
