• Created and defined the company roles and responsibilities to establish and enhance processes according to both state licensure boards for residential care for adolescents.

My journey began as a professional athlete drafted to both the USFL and the NFL. I was selected in the third round by the Miami Dolphins and had the honor of being mentored and coach by the legendary Coach Shula. This foundation afforded me key lessons and skills, that provided the underpinnings to a varying number of occupational professions of which was inclusive of: Hospital Administration/Management, Business Startups, Facility Construction, in addition to Church Plants and Outreach Ministry.
