This was my summer job from 2013 through 2025 and became my full-time occupation after graduating from college.

• Learned and implemented all skills needed for renovating a home from start to finish. Including: electrical, plumbing, framing, HVAC, drywall, paint, flooring, woodworking, finish work, etc.
• Led renovation projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
• Managed team workflows, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborated with clients to design customized remodeling solutions that align with their vision and needs.

• Enforced game rules impartially to ensure fair play and sportsmanship among participants.
• Communicated effectively with coaches, players, and parents to address concerns and clarify decisions.
• Fostered team spirit among young athletes through positive reinforcement and constructive criticism during games.
