Daily tasks include picking up the grounds, completing work orders, completing turns, and getting them ready for move-ins, as well as being on an on-call rotation for after-hour emergencies.

• I did the grounds every morning, completed work orders, completed turns, making them ready for move-ins, and I also ordered parts and supplies as needed, along with scheduling with our vendors, and I was also on call for both properties for after-hour emergencies.
