I am currently leading a large, complex multi-year global Program.

• Supervised team of 42 staff members across the matrix of the organization to initiate and operationalized one of the largest programs at ICANN, the new gTLDs Program. A project that would further foster diversity and inclusivity on the Internet
• Collaborated with ICANN Executive team, the Board and the Community to gain program budget buy-in and approval.

• Overseen the successful launch of the largest Expansion of the Internet name Space (2022)

• Led Africa Internet History Project: https://dnsforum.africa/ (2018)
• Work with Data Protection Authorities (DPAs) and Law Enforcement Authorities in Africa and Europe to better understand the GDPR law. (2018).
• Launch of a comprehensive Internet Policy Capacity Building program for Law Enforcement Agencies - LEAs in Africa (2016). (This project has been adopted in ICANN and replicated globally)
• Established of the ICANN Nairobi Office and Engagement Center – (2016)
• Founded the Africa Domain Name System Forum - Africa DNS Forum (https://dnsforum.africa/) (2015)
• Development of an ICANN Engagement Strategy for Africa (2014 and 2020)
• Extensive outreach and relationships built over the years between governments, LEA (s) in the EMEA region including Europol, ITU, Council of Europe, ATU, Internet Society – ISOC, Interpol, National and regional LEAs as well as the FBI.
