Worked the Paid in Full report for Commercial Loans. Emailed officer to confirm loan paid off, did the collateral need to be released. If it did, depending on the collateral, I would do the following, for real estate collateral, I would prepare Mortgage Satisfaction (releasing the lien on real estate) and send to appropriate State and County to be recorded. If vehicle, I would sign off on vehicle titles and send to customer. If UCC secured, I would prepare a UCC release form and send to appropriate State and County to be recorded.
I also did a lot of research, if we received a request for a release of lien, no matter the collateral, I would research to see if we in fact had this collateral for a loan at one time, prepare a release if so.
