As a Gatekeeper at the Jonathan Club, I welcomed and checked in guests at the front desk while monitoring club security. Additively, I built and maintained positive, personal relationships with members and guests to maintain a warm, welcoming environment.

As an umpire, I promoted good sportsmanship amongst the young players and maintained clear communication with parents, coaches, players, and other umpires. I also explained and taught the rules of the game to both players and coaches.
