Working with students who face learning and behavioral challenges has taught me that education is as much about heart as it is about instruction. As a classroom aide in a self-contained setting, I support students not only academically but also in building confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging. I am currently completing my Bachelor’s degree in Special Education at Liberty University while working full-time at Union Middle School. These experiences have strengthened my patience, resilience, and commitment to advocating for students who often need someone willing to slow down, listen, and meet them where they are. Outside the classroom, I enjoy sports, photography, and instrumental music — interests that reflect my appreciation for discipline, creativity, and balance.
