• Leading and managing a Team of 16 Managers spread across 500 branches in South India.
• Profit Center for Entire Solutions in South India partnering with Circle Heads, Cluster Heads and Branch Managers and the Branch Teams.
• Ensuring Annual Financial Planning, Measuring Budgets vs actuals, Controlling Expenditure, Day to day Administration on Performance, Escalation Handling.
• Recruitment of Key Managerial roles whenever a Gap arises, Ensuring R&D, continuous learning & Growth opportunities for the Team to ensure to be the best Team in the Bank.
• Liaising with Key Internal( Performance Monitoring, MIS, Compliance, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & External (Government Bodies for Solutions, Costing, Budgeting for the state, Central Departments, Educational Departments.
• Strategic Planning, Cost Accounting, Sales Planning & Revenue Generation & Enhancements, Travel Plans, Meetings with National Level Senior Executives, Regional Circle Head, Cluster Heads and Branch Teams.
