On a daily basis I work with the Clients on the production floor (all employees are either disabled or disadvantaged ), do our event planning, am the EAP person, give tours, assist with the outreach center. I find activities to keep our Clients happy when they are at work as well as activities for them to do at home. I do a lot of coaching with Clients as well as with staff (daily). Assist in facilitating rides as well, with volunteers, local companies or taking people myself. I plan all birthdays and special occasions for Clients as well as staff, facilitated and approved all radio and tv commercials/contracts, attend Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls Chamber of Commerce events to promote and obtain support for facility. Organized purchase of holiday gifts (within assigned budget) .
I am in charge of all aspects of our events such as organizing every aspect of our Christmas party for over 250 people (which included but was not limited to invites, permission slips, arranging volunteers, slide shows, entertainment, menu had securing venue, along with any special needs our Client's had) sponsorship of an EC Express game and all the components with that (permission slips, advertising, securing rides, marketing with the EC Express). I am the lead for the annual golf outing which has over 350 golfers, I secure sponsorships and volunteers as well as handle the finances.
