  • Spearheaded the clean-up and rehabilitation of a 5.8 acres agricultural & residential property that had been in non-compliance w/ the county for 15yrs.
  • Collaborated w/ the County Compliance Officers, Agencies, Residents. and Neighbors to address issues and achieved a violation-free status.
  • Cleared huge amounts of debris, revitalized landscaping by trimming trees, bushes, plants and overgrown weeds, cut away branches to clear roads and hiking trails, replanted agriculture.
  • Replaced & repaired irrigation system that was damaged by vandals.
  • Protected & cared for my 92yr. old Boss who is a Veteran of War and the ranch owner as well as his residents & guests by providing on-site security, enforcing rules, managed tenant relations, including resolving disputes and evicting disruptive individuals.
  • I restored this property from the illegal dumpsite squatters had turned it into, into becoming a beautiful property once again, it had been on the cover of "Better Homes & Gardens" in the 1970's.
  • I have a home-made video of my achievements, as well as photos of when I first began until I left. (upon request)
