

Dr. Bouavanh Hope Rasih, Ph.D., also known as Buu-Van A.J. Rasih, has been awarded an Honorary Ph.D in Public Administration and Public Policy from Kennedy University. His Ph.D. thesis focus on fostering global peace and prosperity, marking a significant milestone as the first Laotian-American to achieve this academic distinction. With a graduate degree in Business Administration and Leadership from California State University San Marcos and an undergraduate degree in Hydraulics and Irrigation Engineering, Dr. Rasih exemplifies dedication and effort. As a spoken-word poet, innovator, writer, and peace architect, he founded the Rasih Citizeship Education Institute in 1994.
