• Receive, investigate, and document all incidents from around the world at Amazon facilities, to over-the-road delivery services.

Novelis is an aluminum recycling and strip processing plant supplying aluminum for the automotive and beverage can industry. C.A.S.H. stands for continuous, annealing, solutions, heat treatment, which is the final process aluminum goes through before being shipped out to the consumer.

• Operates 4 to 20 ton remote operated cranes
• Quality control - checking for any imperfections by inspecting sheet while it processes, look for scratches and dents and correct any issues possible to remove issue, take samples of finished product, measure gauge and width making sure they are in spec. document any issues.
• Run line from computer system to perform loading, unloading coils, cutting sheet, operating coil carts, adjusting furnace temperature, fan speed, line speed, chemical flow, and banding. Manually operate all machinery if problem with automation.
• Monitor and make sure shipping schedule is up to date and time

• Enforce policies and procedures, keeping compliance with 10 CFR 73.55, and the physical Security plan, as well as procedure review, audit, and update.
• Act as Liaison between security, plant personnel, and law enforcement, in the event of an emergency from either EOF or mobile command unit.
• In the event of a contingency make notifications and execute the defensive strategy.
• During plant emergencies not involving adversaries, perform emergency accountability and station fire and ambulance response teams on site.
• Report writing on all incidents with notification or report out to security and plant management. Initiate condition reports on any equipment out of service to initiate a repair plan.
