  • Planned and framed out living quarters inside the upper level of the barn, as well as fully remodeled the home on the property.
  • Ran all electrical for the living quarters, to include breakers, conduit, electrical outlets, ceiling fans/lights, and junction boxes for any connection.
  • Insulation includes ceilings, walls, closed cell spray foam, and pipe insulation.
  • Tyvek wrap installation for all new-build areas.
  • Plumbing installation from PEX to PVC, traps, hot and cold lines, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, dishwashers, ice machines, hot water heaters, garbage disposals, and sewage lines/vents.
  • Operation of boom lift.
  • Change the grade and installation of a French drain with gravel, and a corrugated pipe around the house and pole barn.
  • Repair metal and asphalt roofing, as well as flashing and gutters.
  • Installation of doors and windows (squared and leveled).
  • Installation and setting of horse fencing/posts (4x4, 6x6) with concrete and gravel, both electric and wood.

  • Perform operational and performance testing on x-ray machines, firearms detectors, duress alarms, IDS systems, and doors, per Fleet and site procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of response positions and timelines. Must be able to respond accordingly during a contingency event, with all appropriate equipment.

  • Run line from computer system to perform loading, unloading coils, cutting sheet, operating coil carts, adjusting furnace temperature, fan speed, line speed, chemical flow, and banding. Manually operate all machinery if problem with automation.

I successfully attended multiple supervisory courses through Exelon helping to mold and shape my managing style and ability. During my time at Sweetwater I have been honored with an MVP award showcasing myself as an integral part of the Sweetwater team.
