Assist with building PWE. Calibrate O2 and LEL sensors. Install HMI, sensors, and deluge system. Route Turk cables from HMI to sensors, route polyflow from pneumatic panel to hot work shutdowns and deluge regulator. Perform function test on PWE system. Monitor and navigate through HMI during welding operations, monitor O2 and LEL sensors. Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on pneumatic and electrical systems.

Installed studs using Hilti fusion welder, threaded cable clips on studs. pull armored cable, folded clips around cable. Gland and terminated lights, receptacles, and switches.

Demo out old hardie board, trim, vinyl siding. Cut and install new hardie board and trim. Install fans, light fixtures, and receptacles. Prep for paint, operate airless spray painter. troubleshoot minor electrical problems.

Demo out old gutters, hardie board/trim, vinyl siding. Pull measurements. Operate gutter making machine, operate chop saw. Install seamless gutters, cut and install downspouts. Install windows and doors. Install hardie board and trim.

Pull measurements. Fab and install supports for disconnects and EMT. Install disconnects. Bend EMT using hickey bender, cut EMT. Install EMT and tie in to disconnects. Pull wires from electrical room to disconnects. Terminate disconnects, trerminate breakers in electrical room.

Disassemble rox blox. Pull out damaged cables. Demo out damaged switchgear. Install new switchgear, tail cables back in. Re-terminate cables in switchgear. Troubleshoot electrical problems using meter.

Fab and install supports for conduit and cable tray. Bend, cut, thread, and install conduit. Install cable tray. Install junction boxes, fixtures, and receptacles. Terminate all electrical devices. Troubleshoot all electrical devices using meter. Terminate medium and low voltage electrical components.
