Max flow plumbing is my side gig to learn another trade with the goal to earn another license for the trades. With max flow plumbing, i don't have much of a role with them. I am simply learning and working on getting as many hours as possible to move up from apprentice to journeyman.

Started With Cooke Technologies part time while in high school, Once graduated i went on full time. Started to learn how to run Cat6 and fiber, After learning that portion of the job. I started to learn how Ubiquity networks are setup and started configuring the software to run networks. Such as banks, police stations, restaurant's, residential and commercial buildings, along with more. I got my security clearance when i worked at the police stations and banks. We then teamed up with Polarity Networks where i went on to learned how to splice fiber and ended up doing the whole city of pilot point, Tx. My pay with Cooke Technologies started at $15/hour and after 6 months of dedicated work. I earned the pay of $35/hour during the week and $70/hour for weekends. Once given the $35/hour position of lead technician, i was put in charge to basically run the company but mostly to manage the crews, inventory and customer support.
