• My role as a Pro Sales Associate/Coordinator is to give top tier customer service. In this role, I covered dispatching truck drivers, assisting customers when inbound calls come in, making 10 or more outbound calls a week to prospects, inactive or existing customers. I got certified in operating heavy-duty machinery. Knowing how to assist and guide customers to get them the right equipment for their jobs. Customer service, building rapport, intelligence gathering and making the sale were key for this role.

• In this role, I serviced 20+ swimming pools a day, as well as knocking on doors to present and sell a supportive and professional pool service. I was an independent contractor who would service pools and sell memberships to nonexistent customers. I would knock on doors and cold call to talk with customers about the service, what comes with pool service, gather information on what they are looking for, and close on a membership with the pool company.

• My responsibilities in this role was to dial leads/customers all day long to sell customers into making there relocating process easy & successful. I would build rapport, gather information from customer, confirm with customer exactly what they would need for their move, and then close the deal. I would make 100+ outbound sales calls a day with having a successful close.

• In this role, I started as a car wash team member, assisting customers in the car wash industry.

Gathering exactly what they need and what they were looking for as of a carwash. As I progressed through the company, I eventually became a sales representative and supervisor. I would make 20 or more customers sign up for a car wash membership a day, as well as build relationships to have customers keep coming back for top-tier customer service.
