- Daily operation of four simple cycle generating plants. Two Westinghouse/Siemens 251 plants. Two Siemens 501 plants.
- 24/7 12 hour operations. Often as a one man crew for both facilities.
- Sight preventative maintenance and upkeep
- On sight interaction with contracting crews during outages and system upgrades
- Work as part of a team to facilitate all aspects of plants.
- Devised a new system for organizing, tracking, and streamlining lock out tag out locks, and contractor lock system.

- Adjusted pumping systems, chemical feeders, auxiliary equipment, control systems storage tank levels and pump stations indicators.
- Contributed to cost savings through efficient use of resources, including chemicals, water, energy, and raw materials.
- Performed minor mechanical work and routine equipment maintenance.
- Operated and controlled two steam boilers, turbines, generators, and all associated auxiliary equipment.
- As Lead operator filled in for all positions on rotating crew.
- Was acting Shift supervisor for three years. in charge of daily activities of operations crew. Safe operation of plants. Facilitation of lock out tag out and work orders.
