Primary Role:

• Managed CAD requests from clients and meticulously prepared programming and machine-specific details for th production schedule.
• Operated a suite of machinery including a tube laser, a fiber laser flatbed, and three press brakes.
• Acquired extensive experience with a variety of software tools essential for this role, such as Fusion 360, Smartsheet, TubeT, FSCut, VCarve, and Bend-Tech.

Secondary Role:

• Provided hands-on support on the shop floor to ensure deadlines were met and to address any equipment malfunctions or crashes.
• Played a key role in troubleshooting prototypes, as well as overseeing the shipping and receiving of materials and parts.

• Ran 7 mills and the bandsaw as an operator learned setup and started programming prototypes
• Software used was Fusion 360 for both CAD and CAM
• Maintenance Responsibilities include coolant, way lube, and coolant mist collectors
