I joined the IBEW Local #17 in 2000. I entered into the A.L.B.A.T Lineman Apprenticeship in 2003, completing the apprenticeship in Oct. 2006. Since this time I Have worked primarily with contractors through IBEW locals including, but not limited to L.U 17, L.U 1245, L.U. 1249, L.U. 876 and L.U.47.
My experience as a Lineman has led me to a position as a Quality Control and Compliance Inspector with Canus working for PGE. In Feb. 2023, I took an online position doing Gatekeeping with Canus for PGE. I believe that my versatile experience has helped me to do this job.
I would consider myself to be a dependable,
hardworking lineman, effective at managing daily line work and emergency call-outs, with a background inspecting poles and lines for damage and experience in trouble shooting techniques.
Well-versed in handling tasks such as pole replacements and reconducting with little oversite. An organized employee with a strong work ethnic and a terrific job attendance record. Highly communicative and offering great problem solving skills. A Proficient line worker comfortable working with both energized and de-energized lines.
