• Acted as the primary interface between Shell Group Risk and Assurance Group and the site to identify risks and contribute to the Global Assurance Plan.
• Led planning and assurance activities for LOD1 & LOD2 AAP at the site level, engaging with various global lines of business focal points for input into the annual assurance planning cycle.
• Developed and maintained a three-year integrated assurance plan covering key business risks and controls.
• Worked with global process owners to include emerging threats into audit scopes and adjusted as necessary.
• Recruited, managed, and trained a team of internal auditors, leading internal auditor training and development programs.
• Prepared documentation and led internal audit closing meetings, supporting technical disciplines as the Technical Assurance Audit Coordinator.

Management System Focal Point

• Owned the Local Management System and designed and implemented the Site Governance Model for Shell Chemicals.
• Led the SLT in reviewing the Local Management System and its elements annually, assessing the effectiveness and adequacy in delivering policy and objectives.
• Analyzed outputs and assisted SLT in developing strategy from HSSE & SP performance, incident investigations, audits, reviews, self-assessments, and the Business Assurance Letter Process.
• Reviewed stakeholder feedback, compliance with laws and regulations, and compliance with Shell Group Standards for HSSE & SP.
• Ensured timely implementation of HSSE & SP corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead
