-Provide timely, relevant, accurate, and consistent meteorological, oceanographic, and space environmental information, products, and services required to support all Aviation support, including Preparing aviation meteorological products such as SIGMETs, AIRMETs
-Identify, disseminate, and brief any environmental factors expected to impact operations.
-Mentor, train, and develop personnel in METOC (Meteorologic and Oceanographic) Training and Readiness (T&R) technical proficiency. Take a personal interest in personal/professional development and leadership skills.
-Achieve required METOC T&R qualifications/designations, to include basic and senior instructor qualifications.
