  • RPND: I would receive merchandise into totes from cartons, and once the tote is full, I would palletize the tote.
  • Water Spider: I would take away full pallets of totes, replace them with a new empty pallet, and make sure they had three stacks of totes to work into. The new procedure is to bring a full pallet of cartons to the stations once associates have finished the pallet.
  • PG (Process Guide): I provide assistance to the PA (Process Assistant) and water spiders as needed.

  • Loading: I drove a standup forklift or the double pallet jack rider, PE, to bring pallets into the truck to floor load the cartons and pallet load wood pallets
  • Recieving: Hand Unload: I would pull “slinky conveyors” into the trucks to unload the cartons off the truck
