I am a highly motivated and experienced test and evaluation professional with a proven track record of success in operational effectiveness and suitability assessments of candidate technologies. I have managed the design, development, and execution of initial operational test and evaluation for the Common Unmanned Surface Vehicle and AQS-20C mine hunting system operated from the Littoral Combat Ship. I have also observed and drafted reports on emerging prototype demonstrations to inform Navy leadership on new science and technology capabilities, considerations, and enhancements. I have developed and implemented a common framework for Navy science and technology experts to utilize when assessing unmanned systems for potential use in filling Fleet capability gaps
