Major Sauer has served as an attorney with the Air Force Judge Advocate General's Corps for more than 12 years. He has extensive experience in prosecuting and defending misdemeanor- and felony-level criminal offenses, advising commanders and leaders (to include political appointees) on a broad variety of issues, and representing individuals in both civil and criminal matters. His experience as a judge advocate has prepared him to meet the needs of any legal organization with flexibility and on short notice.
