I am working on my master’s certification for Chrysler (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat) products. I am master elite certified through the brand of Kia. My job duties involve diagnostic work for electrical and mechanical, vehicle repair and routine maintenance. I coordinate with leadership & team members to achieve customer satisfaction & project completion. I have had the privilege of training new hire technicians during their 90 day probationary period. My training involves Electrical systems, Engine, Transmission, Steering& Suspension, Brakes, HVAC, Hybrid systems, Wheel & Tire. I keep an organized work space, along with personal storage and tools to make getting the job done in a timely manner achievable.

I performed diagnostic work related to electrical and mechanical, repairs, and routine maintenance. I coordinated with leadership and team members to properly diagnose, repair and maintenance customers personal vehicles bringing customer satisfaction up.

My priority was to provide quality customer service and complete the customers order correctly. Maintaining quality through food preparation, money handling, and building positive customer relationships was important.
