- Defect Trend Analysis, Jan. 2025 - May 2025, an analysis tool was created while seeing repeat defects to convey need to supplier for corrective action. Later used as an audit tool.
- Salt Fog Environment and Corrosion Test, Aug. 2022 - Dec. 2022, A salt fog accelerated corrosion test environment was designed and manufactured along with a computer controlled system to control and maintain the temperature and salt fog level within the environment. Experiment instructions and setups were made and an initial study was completed of accelerated corrosion on different metal carbon contents. All items of the experiment were then passed along to the Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering Technology College for a future investigation within the curriculum.
