• in 2016. I was hired as a roofing laborer.
• In 2019, I became the lead foreman for our commercial roofing division.
• During my time as lead foreman, I oversaw on-site production, installing flat roofing membranes such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, and built-up roofing.
• I have experience with new construction as well as complete re-roofs.
• I created and installed poly insulation taper systems to create proper flow and drainage of water on these commercial projects.
• I was certified with Versico roofing products to install TPO, PVC, and EPDM.
• I became very familiar with on-site production and time frames for tasks to be completed in the proper manner.
• I became efficient in plan reading for all roofing assemblies.

I taught others within the company how to properly weld TPO and PVC membrane, along with poly insulation, all types of vapor barriers, and Denz Deck installation, along with multiple types of roof taper systems.

I became well-versed in multiple areas of installation, including PVC and TPO membrane, from mechanically fastened to fully adhered systems.

In 2021, I became a project manager/estimator for our commercial and residential side of the company.

I have experience meeting with customers and diagnosing issues on flat roofs, as well as composition roofs.

Creating estimates for general contractors, as well as individual homeowners and business owners.

Giving detailed estimates and knowing price points of all of our materials from our supplier.

Creating and maintaining a schedule for employees and customers on a daily basis.

Sourcing competitive pricing for materials.

Responding and communicating with customers, general contractors, as well as coworkers to avoid and prevent any issues that may occur within scheduling oversight, to problems with on-site installation.

Working with other subcontractors and coordinating the proper order of installation to avoid RFI change orders, to help maintain a productive job site.
