I have learned a lot about myself over the past few years. I will never quit, I can be a great leader, and I can keep my motivation through times of low moral. I want to be in a line of work where I can use my tools and skills that I have obtained over the past few years and put them to use. And I think this is a great place to be able to do that.
I enlisted in the Army about 3 years ago as an 11B. I completed OSUT (one stop unit training) then went on to complete RASP (Ranger assessment selection program). I have been stationed at Fort Lewis WA for about 2 years as part of 2nd Ranger Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment. In late 2023, I was sent to Georgia and Florida to complete Ranger school which is the most rigorous leadership course that the military has to offer. I started Ranger school with 234 soldiers all from different units and graduated with 32 soldiers. My job has instilled a great level of discipline in me and gave me the mentality to never quit or give up no matter the situation and circumstances. I have one deployment with Ranger Regiment. In early 2023 we went to Iraq/Syria for three and a half months where I got to work alongside GS operators, the most elite tier 1 soldiers that the military has to offer. My plans for my future is to finish my contract and get out of the army and go to college while working a part time job. I want to try and use all the tools and skills that I have learned in the past 3 years as best as I can when I transition back to civilian life and I figured this would be a great place to begin. Thank you for taking the time to read my resume and I really look forward to hearing from you.
