Integrates/coordinates multiple/related missions, functions, subjects, issues, across the 90th Missile Wing to present and recommend solutions in a logical, cohesive format. Collaborated with 90th Missile Wing Senior Leaders to develop current 90th Missile Wing Mission and Vision. Obtains and demonstrates training principles, techniques, and tools to instruct, evaluate, and make recommendations to improve CI2 Course curriculum. Founding and current member of the LaunchWERX Innovation Cell, a “one-stop-shop,” connecting Mighty Ninety Airmen, leadership, and organizations with resources that support innovative approaches to the everyday challenges of our Air Force. The LaunchWERX Innovation Cell Provides trained CI2 facilitators, funding, mentorship, and connections to a growing network of innovation programs. Proactively assists Airmen in the development of their ideas and facilitates leadership engagement to overcome barriers to implementation. Completed 36 CI2 Events and is Black Belt Certified from the Department of the Air Force Continuous Process Improvement and Innovation Directorate. Provides Protocol Direct support to distinguished visitors (DV) DV-1 (President of the United States) through DV-6 (General Officer), civilian and foreign equivalents, and transient DVs. Directly supports the Commander, Vice Commander, and Command Chief of 20 Air Force, 90th Missile Wing, 153rd Wing and WY ANG respectively. Total Force Integration focal point for all aspects of visits, conferences, tours, speeches/remarks, and social functions initiated within the command, and those tasked by the offices of the Secretary of Defense, Chief Joint Chiefs of Staff, Secretary of the Air Force, and Chief of Staff of the Air Force. Manages commander’s recognition programs and special ceremonies (medal presentations, individual recognition, etc.), including scheduling events, determining need for audiovisual equipment, obtaining decorations, awards, etc., gathering biographies and guest information, preparing agendas, and setting up locations. Prepares trip folders, arranges billeting, and prepares Itineraries. Regularly briefs Senior Leadership on all matters relating to Protocol activities at weekly Wing Stand-Up meetings. Advises commander and staff on military customs, courtesies, USAF organizations, missions, history, and policies. Maintains meticulous inventory of $10,000.00 budget. Primary Government Card purchasing agent for Official Representation Funds and Special Morale and Welfare Funds for 20 Air Force and 90th Missile Wing Commander. Maintains outstanding appearance and professional bearing. Consistently demonstrates ability to organize complex projects on a 24/7 365 timetable. 39th Force Support Squadron Chief of Training for the 39th FSS/CC’s Training Program. Responsible for maintenance, operations, and support training; education services; curriculum development; and instructor activities. Singularly developed, delivered, and directed Education and Training programs for over 250 military and civilians covering some 20 plus career fields, to include Wing Staff Agencies. Taught monthly 39th FSS Newcomer Training; lauded by 39 ABW/CC and Senior Leadership. Partnered w/39 ABW SAPR Monitor to ensure all 39 FSS and Wing Staff Agency Personnel 100% trained. Instructed and tracked 100% task coverage during monthly 39th FSS Newcomer Training. Applied instructional system development (ISD) process to numerous online training platforms. Collected and analyzed job performance data and conducted occupational analysis surveys. Compared individual knowledge and skills with job standards and identified Education and Training requirements. Determined most cost-effective method to deliver Education and Training. Coordinated and disseminated training policy and program changes. Advised commanders and unit personnel with developing training programs. OPR for 7 level school quota management. Briefed 90th MW Vice Commander quarterly on Status of Training, conducted Staff Assistance Visits, conducted Base Training quarterly meeting and OPR for external surveys and evaluations. “By Name” 90 MDG/CC request to facilitate inspection criteria checklists for annual JCAHO Environment of Care Standards Unit Compliance Inspection. Attention to detail with this mandatory operating requirement results in 100% Pass Rate! Lauded by inspectors and coined by 90 MDG/CC. Provided guidance to 90th Missile Wing Vice Commander, Wing Senior Leadership and Unit Training Managers (UTMs) on all CDC related matters and schedules end of Course exams upon request from UTMs. Oversaw Formal training program; key component to improving Airman professional competence and helping the Air Force maintain its combat capability in today's dynamic environment. Trains key personnel in all applicable disciplines, i.e., strategic planning, facilitator, continuous improvement process and team building skills. Chaired and facilitated cross functional Action Workout teams to improve Wing productivity and enhance mission effectiveness using innovative management engineering techniques. Advised senior functional managers at wing, NAF, and MAJCOM levels, resolving manpower management and unit organizational related issues. Monitored and coordinated office training program for all newly assigned office personnel. Served as building, supply equipment, and automatic data processing equipment custodian. By-name request from 51st CS/CC to study unit; worked independently with squadron senior leadership to review current operations and services of the 51st CS Commander’s Support Staff-identified existing shortfalls and potential areas for improvement resulting in complete success! Designed and delivered invaluable training for communications squadron personnel to include: Team Building, Continuous Improvement Process and Facility Layout Analysis. Coordinated 51 FW initiative to comply with HQ PACAF direction for the development and implementation of individual unit Mission Essential Task Listings (METLs); successfully compiled, formatted and staffed wing inputs resulting in over 115 METLS submitted to HQ PACAF—lauded by all for thoroughness and accuracy. Package used as benchmark for other wings. Point man for first ever 51st Fighter Wing Action Work Out (AWO) process improvement initiative. Actively involved in all aspects of AWO concept; process feasibility study, team member selection, AWO logistical support, team facilitation, AWO status review, and HQ PACAF/QMIF coordination. AWO program resulted in over 40 improvement opportunities identified within the wing’s F-16 generation process. Developed and implemented a comprehensive office training program to ensure all newly assigned personnel are properly trained in all aspects of 51st FW Manpower and Quality office operations. Knowledge in applying quantitative and qualitative CI2 process methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the productivity and effectiveness of programs. Responsible for providing organization and manpower guidance to the 90th Operations Group, 319th, 320th, 321st, and 400th Missile Squadrons, 790th Security Forces Squadron, 37th Helicopter Squadron, 90th Operations Squadron, and 90th Contracting Squadron covering approximately 1475 manpower authorizations. Developed and implemented Air Force and manpower standards for supported functions. Consulted with commanders and functional area chiefs on Continuous Process Improvement and Innovation (CI2) productivity initiatives. Instructed wing personnel in Quality Teams and Tools, Quality Leaders, and Quality Facilitator classes. Facilitated Process Action Teams and strategic planning sessions for assigned areas and teaches Quality Air Force tools and techniques for all assigned base personnel. Assisted functional area chiefs in identifying and improving key CI2 processes. Recognized as one of the premier Manpower and Quality instructors in the Wing. Selected to develop and instruct course tailored to meet the needs of Warren Guardian Challenge Team. Role was instrumental in team winning Blanchard Trophy. Recommended by Manpower Chief to serve as member of wing Unit Self-Assessment (USA) Team. Directly responsible for developing an assessment process used in gathering essential information.
