Brady Gehrett

I have a diverse background in customer service, hospitality, coaching, facility maintenance, and education support. As a bartender and server, I developed strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-first mindset. My experience as a front desk worker honed my organizational skills and ability to handle administrative tasks while providing excellent guest service. Coaching younger children allowed me to develop leadership, patience, and teamwork skills. Additionally, my work in maintenance and groundskeeping gave me hands-on problem-solving experience and attention to detail. I have also volunteered in preschool classrooms, assisting with reading and other daily functions, which strengthened my ability to support early childhood education and foster a positive learning environment. This well-rounded experience demonstrates my adaptability, work ethic, and ability to thrive in various roles.
