  • Post operative patient management including spines and craniotomies/craniectomies in a 32 bed level 1 trauma neurology/neurosurgery intensive care unit.
  • Provides expert care of adult patients in the immediate post - operative period, patients with neurotrauma including TBI, SCI and GSW, patients post ischemic stroke, post hemorrhagic strokes with intracranial devices, patients in status epilepticus, including status epilepticus including burst suppression management, patients post TNK and mechanical thrombectomy, patients with shock, acute respiratory failure, acute and chronic renal failure, and brain death.

  • Administration and management of vasopressors, inotropes, sedatives, neuromuscular blocking agents, insulin, heparin, antihypertensive infusions, sedation, and burst suppression medications
