Experiences from my internship this past summer with Sunbelt Rentals helped me improve on a number of skills. Firstly, interning for the first time taught me how to work well in a professional environment. Building relationships with bosses, fellow interns, and people around the office in general was a key skill I gained. Furthermore, my presentation skills improved dramatically, as my summer-long project tasked me to speak before dozens of employees. Overall, seeing how a real business works from the inside-out was an incredibly valuable experience that I look forward to taking with me in the future with another internship opportunity.
