I’m willing to put in the effort to be able to stay with crystal ridge year round. I’m currently in college which is important but I’m trying to focus more on my craft and putting my degree more towards part time. My main goals for this season are to learn more about the industry and what it takes to manage a full hill, I’d like to master all the aspects of on hill maintenance which is why I’m very interested in this position. I’ve also grown a love for our small hill and would like to help grow it as much as possible.
