As a motivated 19-year-old, I bring a strong work ethic and a solid foundation of work experience gained over the past four years. My journey in the workforce began at the age of 15, where I took on various roles that taught me the importance of responsibility, adaptability, and customer satisfaction. From cooking and cleaning to providing exceptional customer service, I’ve developed the ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. For the past year, I’ve been working at America’s Tire as a Crew Chief, where I’ve taken on leadership responsibilities while continuing to grow my technical skills and customer service abilities. In this role, I’ve learned to efficiently manage time-sensitive tasks, work collaboratively with my team, and ensure high standards of safety and service are consistently met. This experience has deepened my understanding of teamwork, problem-solving, and the value of delivering top-notch results. I take pride in my dedication, strong communication skills, and my willingness to go the extra mile to support both my team and customers. Every position I’ve held has helped shape my professional mindset and fueled my drive to continue learning and growing in any work environment I’m a part of.
