As a certified nursing assistant (CNA) I assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding; record and report vital signs and patient changes; maintain clean and safe patient rooms; provide emotional support to patients and families; follow care plans and collaborate with nurses; help with mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention; and document care accurately in charts or electronic systems.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), I provide essential care to patients,

assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and feeding. I monitor

and record vital signs, observe patient conditions, and report any changes to

the nursing team. I also assist with patient mobility, ensure comfort, and

support basic medical procedures. My role involves offering both physical

care and emotional support to patients and their families, helping to create

a compassionate and healing environment. At Timbers Skilled Nursing &

Therapy , I am responsible for the wellbeing and care of 40 long term,

palliative residents as well as being an essential team member in the

Memory care and Rehabilitation hall.
