- I operated a machine that tested, measured, cut, debured and stenciled tubes to their finished quality standards
- NDT testing including electromagnetic, EC and PMI testing was performed. Visual inspection and ID/OD and Wall thickness checked on every order i processed.

- worked with 2 other employees, we had to locate all the steel coils scattered thought various locations, mark them and move them to their appropriate staging areas and keep an accurate log of everything we moved in and out of locations.
- we ran various types of heavy equipment to achieve these tasks and worked closely with other departments to communicate any setbacks that could potentially come up during the process

- Started as a laborer, spent most of my time as a furnace helper, and eventually became an operator of anealing furnaces #5 and #7.
- When i signed a bid slip for Shipping and Pickling combo bid, i began training on both jobs soon after
- as pickler, i would use overhead cranes to pick up bundles of tubes, and dip them in different tanks filled with different types of acid depending on the order and type of staneless steel i was treating.
- Shipping was a fast paced job, we would ship orders completely differently depending on the customer and how we were sending it to them.
- we had to load and unload trucks as well as packaging, weighing and keeping all out papaerwork in order for our lagistics dept. and management.
- after almost 3 years of shipping i recieved a bid as an inspector. I trained, tested and ran afternoon turn inspection for 1.5 years until I put in my 2 week notice and left on good terms.
