I have worked closely with manager and head of advertising to promote a new and exciting breakfast menu and lobby desserts. My breakfasts and treats are mentioned quite a lot in the reviews as wonderful, delicious, ect. I bake, cook, order, inventory, create and design all menu options and recipes . I work alone and with other kitchen staff very well. We recently received #1 small hotel in America.

I helped current Smart & Finals come into Paso Robles and get connected with all of North County businesses.It was my duty to introduce supplies lists, ordering abilities, and sign up local business owners to get perks and save time and money by shopping exclusively with new stores. We are still ranked #1 out of all the Smart & Finals in western US for sales and new client under Field Marketing. It was a privilege to help them get established in Paso Robles.

I do pastries, specialty cupcakes, cookies,pies,specialty birthday cakes,cheese cakes,coffee cakes, & Italian Pastry.It's a little side job that does as well as can be expected for the little time I have to dedicate to it. I get very good feed back. I was taught by my mother, stepmother & grandmother they were Italian.

Pretty much any where to show support for my children and the schools. I think it's important to be seen as an example for your children at school.

I managed the deli,I also did some of the hiring and firing.My job was to open or close the store stock ,clean,cook,order,be the secretary and just make sure the job was done & done well. We were so busy at lunch back then it was amazing.But the ladies & gents worked like a well oiled machine.Our menu was prepared by myself and the owners.Just the added touches ...cleanliness and attention to detail our store provided is what made it tick.Eventually bringing us into the wine & cigars,what lead to the sale of Cregor's & opening of Boyde's Tobacco. Loved Jon & Vaughn very much. Jon & Vaughn instilled a work ethic on how to run a business like no other.

My Aunt ,Grandmother & myself purchased a coffee cart. We first started next to my grandparents beer booth, The Watern' Trof at our local fair grounds & blossomed from there. We did many events through out the county over the yrs.Lots of the 'Festivals". It was very popular & was the 1st Coffee Cart around here! I was certified as a Barista, and for the most part ran it. Between my aunt & myself we would gather clients & events to keep us quite busy.The opening of The Savage Spirits & many children between us is the reason for the sale of The Coffee Cart.

I completed Beauty School in 86,went on to do several shows to boost abilities to get creative in the hair industry. I worked at several Salons from Paso to San Luis over a span of 20 years. I have 5 children that I kept very involved in so home kept some work 'home' based. I can do basic nails to outrageous designs, I am very artistic. I can do anything with hair,perms,cuts,colors,weaves,braids,up-do's ect. I am very educated in facial care & make-up as well. I mostly competed in the make-up category.
