Charge RN with strong ability to work autonomously in a setting where support from specialists is limited or unavailable. Able to perform ventilator management, mix life-saving medications independently, and arrange transport to higher level of care.

Management and prioritization of care to patients with varying degrees of acuity and diagnoses at a Level 1 Trauma Center. Preceptor to new graduate nurses and an involved member of the behavioral health team.

Assist RN in delivering direct patient care for patients with complex neuro diagnoses including TIA’s, strokes, post-surgical craniotomy’s, and seizure disorders

Provided high-quality personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding to ensure patient dignity.
