• Measure vital sign, Charting/recording of patient information, oral, personal and emotional care, CATHING ( straight for male only, indwelling for females only ), Colostomy bag care, Bowel program/Digital stimulation, Positioning patient, Assisted with hygiene, Assisted with mobility/transportation while making sure to ensure safety while driving a transit, all ADLs, Companionship,Hoyer lift ( ceiling), Cough- assist/Suction machine, Some Trach care, cleaning, mopping, trash removal, stocking of supplies, laundry, grocery shopping and or cooking, medication reminder,Examine patients for open wounds, bruises or blood in urine, empty Foley bags and Always remembering to ensure safety at all.
