I care for critically ill and extremely premature infants in Level III and IV NICUs, performing detailed assessments, managing ventilators, HFNC, CPAP, and advanced respiratory support, administering weight-based medications and TPN, and maintaining UVCs, UACs and PICCs. I assist with intubations, line placements, and emergency stabilization, monitor labs, gases, and neurological status and collaborate with neonatologist, respiratory therapists, and the care team. I provide accurate EMR documentation and offer supportive education to families during complex and high-stress hospitalizations.

I provide care to feeder/ grower, CPAP, and NIMV-dependent newborns in Level II/III NICUs, monitoring growth, feeding, and respiratory status. I assist with gavage and oral feeds, manage CPAP and NIMV therapy, administer weight-based medications, maintain IVs and lines, document care, and collaborate with the care team while supporting families throughout hospitalization.

As a new graduate NICU nurse in a Level III unit, I provide care to premature and feeder/grower newborns, assisting with feeding, growth monitoring, and respiratory support such as CPAP. I administer medications, maintain IVs and lines, document care, and collaborate with the care team while supporting families.
