  • Camp Medical Director 2006: church single adult & families camp for over 800 people. Based on the camp's previous years experiences, I convinced the camp planning committee to increase staff and supplies, and to have better logistical plans in place for life-threatening injuries/illness and lost campers. Based on my recommendations and experience, I was asked to be the Camp Medical Director. I had a 10 member medical team and 1 search and rescue professional providing 24 hour care, a medical tent set-up to house several patients overnight, and an increase in supplies and equipment. I developed an emergency plan involving local EMS for life-threatening emergencies and easier camp access with a site map.
