At Waymo, a big milestone for me was being part of the first team to test the Jaguar vehicles on public roads. This was a major event as Waymo switched to fully electric vehicles at this point. Throughout my time there I became an Instructor and was in charge of implementing specific training plans and scheduling for training new hires locally, from SF and Dallas. I was often placed in the role to coordinate and oversee specific testing plans and schedules that me and my team came up with.
