• Conduct inspections that exceeds the TREC minimum inspection standards and leaves clients feeling informed about one of the largest purchases in their lives
• Create a list of accurate limitations in the report if any limitations exist on the property
• Have received awards for "most upselling of additional services" like irrigation inspections, wood destroying insect inspections, and sewer scope inspections
• Review reports on site and answer questions with clients in a manner that leaves them feeling well informed and happy with the service
• Ensure report accuracy/organization and deliver reports within hours of inspection completion. Be available to answer any further questions if needed
• Leave the property just as found so no complaints arise with sellers

• Read through General Conditions/Requirements and ordered all neessary project start up equipment
• Performed punch list walks with owners to ensure proper project completion and satisfaction
• Ensured subcontractor work satisfied specifications set forth by construction documents
