• Owned, developed, built and operated a 13 club Fitness Chain over a 20 year period. Clubs included Co-ed, Women's only, Express and Crossfit Models. Oversaw all areas of Development and Operation including Construction Planning and Management, Grand Opening, Advertising and Promotion, Membership Sales and all areas of Operation. Areas of emphasis were Sales, Program Development and Sales/Management Team Building. Grew the business to be the dominant Fitness Organization in both the Buffalo and Rochester area with over 20 million dollars in annual revenue and 3 million dollars annual profit.

• Responsible for running every phase of the operation. Oversaw the Sales Department, Program Department, Business Office and Club Maintenance. Had Profit and Loss responsibility with sales generated through new memberships and renewals. Cash flow improved in the first year from $608,535 to $702,677 an increase of $94,142.

• Conducted Membership Sales. Responsible for meeting monthly quotas. Largest percentage of sales were referrals from existing members. Highly successful at person to person and phone sales.

• Taught K - 8th grade Physical Education and 8th grade Regents Health Classes.
