- Oversight of the EHR Department and the implementation timeline of the new EHR software.
- Project management of EHR Department staffs individual projects was achieved thru weekly meetings with our in-house developer, as well as daily Scrum meetings and weekly Sprint meetings involving all department employees.
- Working with Key Stakeholders was a large part of the EHR Departments main functions. Key Stakeholders included various Director's, VP's, and C-Suite level of executives across the agencies continuum of care.
- Responsibilities also included day to day employee management in regards to scheduling, vacations and holiday time off.
